Burgher Burger no.8 goes posh !

Another fantastic night at the Pommery Bar for the most posh Burgher and Champagne I have ever had. Good to meet the chef Brian Canale.

Menu was amazing:-

Starter: Thai spiced Squat Lobster Bisque with Noodle Dumplings

Main: Buck Deer Burger, sloe gin onions, crispy gem & smoked Applewood with potato & radish bon bons and beetroot slaw

Dessert: Amarena Cherries with Chilli Chocolate Parfait, Toasted Marshmallow & Clotted Cream Iced Truffle
