Sleeping rough

I grew up near Glasgow, I lived there for several years, and I know the centre of the city and the west end well, but I can't remember a time when there were so many people sleeping rough like this.  Underneath all this red material there were four people asleep, two were completely covered up but there another two sleeping in the shop doorway.  It's just completely shocking.
