Frosty Tuesday

The family left this morning, the car all packed up with presents and a generous supply of turkey and ham sandwiches, fruit and crisps.
It was just as well, as they came to a standstill on the M5 and it was a long and tedious journey after that, taking almost 8 hours to Cheshire!! However, they got home safely and apparently the children were very good - it's a good thing they enjoy singing along!!
Russet mopes when visitors have gone, so I took her for a brisk run in the frosted fields to distract her from the very quiet house!!
