Sausage and mash

Lovely day today. Busy at work, then office trip to art gallery, followed by knitting in a hotel bar overlooking princes street gardens and ending with sausage and mash and the first episode of a new series of my guilty pleasure, waterloo road, in the company of Daniel.

This is the correct way to serve bangers and mash. A mountain of potato with sausages sticking out in a slightly rude fashion.
