High Cup Nick, North Pennines

Walked up to High Cup Nick from Dufton in the Eden Valley today. Strange mixture of sun and low cloud. This picture taken from the 'top of the nick itself ' looking back down to Eden Valley. The drive up Swaledale and over the pass to Nateby was rewarded by a 'close up' view of a Kestrel governing and hunting. A glorious view of aeronautical agility.
