Happy Christmas

That's what I was thinking to myself as we hiked through the fynbos in Franschhoek today.  It was just perfect.  You know, once you get the baboons, snakes, spiders etc out of your mind you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. 

Not a traditional Christmas dinner, but the lamb cooked on the braai did very nicely, and all the local wines were just perfect.  And this was the view from our balcony as we dined al fresco.
