Following yesterday's theme - another pool

A 5km run on the treadmill in 26 minutes this morning followed by a 6 km walk over Norland Moor late this afternoon.

The two contrasting shots were taken only a couple of minutes apart. The main shot looking northwards over the icy moorland pool was more representative of the cold conditions as opposed to the deceptive warm glow of the sky to the west. Wainhouse tower can just be made out in the distance.
