Frosty morning.

Frost as thick and as white as snow covered the ground this morning, and in some places remained in place until dark. The sun was shining first thing and it really was the perfect, crisp winter morning. It would have been rude not to get out there and make the most of it on a rural stroll. Beautiful and a real treat, even stopping for a warm drink from the flask sat on a sun soaked bench. Chilly, yes, but you don't mind when the view is of the glorious Shibden Valley. 

You've just got to be thankful for frosty morning and toasty mugs! :-D

This afternoon brought a trip into Halifax for various bits and pieces, still can't believe quite how much is reduced in M&S...nothing to buy, but it is an overwhelming proportion of the shop!!
