Snowy woodland walk

Ok, not blizzard quality snow, but snow nonetheless. As much of the household went off to the local shopping mall, Janet and I put on our ice-studs and went into the Callahan State Park. Different woods to those we know at home, with pine and juniper and American oak.

I'm in no hurry to head home, but I wish I could mess with my dslr shots rather than rely on the (admittedly good) iPhone for my daily upload.

I'm watching Greg spend hours finessing his own shots on his MacBook, and so many of his subjects are ones I took shots of too! I shall have to work hard to compete in my 2017 Flickr albums! :-p
