Parthenon

Perched above the Zihuatanejo bay is a large Greek styled edifice built by a notoriously corrupt police chief from Mexico City; over a short six year period (1976 - 82)he amassed a fortune adequate to build our local Parthenon - now guarded but mostly derelict.
