Beets

Despite me being gone for half of the summer and the growing conditions for this year, our vegetable garden looks very good. We generally can our beets, beans and peaches. So much better than buying from the stores. Although, we have wonderful produce offered to us by farmers markets and chain grocery stores. We are so lucky.
