Thunder, lightning and hail during the night. At some point it was severe enough for me to get up to unplug the internet router. A short while after that we heard a crack and a tinkle and wondered what on earth can possibly have been struck to make such a sound. Daybreak revealed that it was the two halves of the plastic case to the ADSL splitter being shot across the tiled floor. The cordless phone is no more. At least the router, the PC and the kitchen phone all still function. This is Skiathos from the top of our driveway.
