Evening Break

Tuesday I hiked the Benson trail with Prise. Approximately 4.5 miles into the hike, Prise began limping. Consequently, we turned around and headed back to the trailhead. Wednesday morning she was still limping, so I stopped by the animal clinic before driving back to Portland. Fortunately, they were able to work Prise in and after a thorough examination determined she most likely pulled her triceps or bicep muscle and prescribed an anti-inflammatory. Prise is now on restricted activity for the next several days while her injury heals. Think the medication is helping though. She already appears to feel better.
