Je Dis Oui

It started as a tingly throat driving down south on Christmas Eve, and has developed from there. Up at mid-day today, which was ridiculous, but seems to be what the body needs. I am hoping I am in recovery mode by tomorrow. 

One of the first things I did when getting up was set my new alarm clock pictured. He is christened Cy. He sits in front of a new CD my sister in law bought me - she is a fan of Pink Martini, and this ("De Dis Out") is their latest. It's good, and perfect listening when heavy with cold.

We managed a short trip to Dunham Massey this afternoon - as seemingly did everyone else. Good to get some fresh air, followed by ginger wine on our return home. I must be improving.
