Fogbound

We were meant to fly down to London this afternoon to take in the New Year with our youngest. This represents a radical departure from our norm - we generally have a fairly " quiet " Hogmanay and have sometimes gone to bed before the bells.
Unfortunately Heathrow was fog bound and having spent ~ 5 hrs in departure lounge our 2 30 flight was cancelled at 6 30. We are booked on a 6am flight tomorrow so hopefully we will have better luck tomorrow.
