Back Blip - Merry Christmas

Never seen such a happy little boy!

The big lead up to Christmas and I am still trying to get caught up.  Such a great pressure valve relief to finally get out the car after an early morning to open xmas gifts, pack and then travel up to the mountains to spend a few precious days together - just Mrs. C, CC, Mr JC and me!

CC's love of horse has spilled over to Mr JC and he is maybe even more crazy about them than his big sister.  We let him sit on the horse back in September and now this time the stable girl let Mr JC have a full ride after his big sister finished her lesson.  HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!  You really can't imagine how happy and excited he was!  I was even more blown away that he decided on his own after two laps around the ring that it was enough.  My little boy is becoming a BIG boy.  So fun to feed the horses apples and pat their noses.  No fear at all (often to the dismay of Mrs C - especially when the horses get a little excited and competitive after tasting an apple).  Then all the acting and neying through the evening all the way to bedtime as Mr JC relived his experience.

Such a beautiful little angle of the world in Val di Fassa and I am always happy to come back anytime I can manage it.
