Silence -quality

Back to work today and not the easy happy day I was expecting. One lady back for a routine check up. Complaining of two days Misty vision and photophobia turns out an imminent closed angle glaucoma and nearly lost her eye. Admitted her, a ton of drugs later and she was back to seeing 20:20 by 3pm. The drama all with a background of other patients coming in and out.

Started with this, half way through and gripped. My constant enemy of insomnia does have its advantages.
