Soft Landscape

It was a misty day here but a light glow above the ridge across the river suggested it might be sunny in Torquay. I headed out mid afternoon to see what I could find for the last blip of 2016. One of the roads that looks out from Little Haldon over Ideford and Luton delivered some atmospheric shots with a few trees looking good in the valley. I've put a few in the extras.

I'll be cooking a curry to celebrate New Year's eve and looking forward to a good year in 2017. There'll be a lot more celebrity deaths for certain, that's just the way it averages out with so many that have been important to us reaching that time of their lives. We'll have to cope with the results of the dodgy decisions that have been made this year and there will be some terrible tragedies and atrocities. There'll also be plenty of small triumphs and other things that lift our hearts. There will be new blippers joining us and plenty of of kind words and complements added to all our journals. I hope it will be a very good year for you.
