The Footbridge at Bracklinn Falls
A day out to Callander, to meet up with our niece. We walked up to Bracklinn Falls, a dramatic set of waterfalls on the Keltie Water formed by the Highland Fault. This is a new 20 tonne wood and copper bridge. I liked the use of the big wide tree trunks. CJ will post a lovely view of the rushing waters.
Back down into town, and a search for a table in a cafe. Found one eventually, and treated ourselves to Afternoon Tea. Traditional tiered Cake Stand, filled with tempting delights. Lovely to spend time together.
With apologies to Lady Findhorn for the extra. Just be glad it wasn't my main entry!
