Counting down

Our father always watched "Dinner for one"  on New Year's Eve.  And we watched with him. He is gone for 25 years now,  but my siblings and I are still in the habit of watching it. German TV broadcasts it several times on the last day of the year. One of the few non German programs that doesn't get dubbed. A little intro of what's going on and we get to see the English version. So that's today's blip along with my own dinner for one. Mine being without alcohol. Or I might fall asleep early along and not even see the old year turn in the new. I hope you're all having a good last night of the year.
