New Year's Eve
I just had a video call with Gina (which was lovely) and she told me off for my rubbish blipping lately. I promise to get back to usual once I'm back in Cambridge on the 3rd - a mix of a viral infection, a very rushed deadline, two nights in a tiny hut in the Lomond hills with no signal, and now three nights on Bute for New Year has led to limited time to do them! I know that I could rush them and just put the photo up but I want to wait until I have the time to do them properly - which will be on my train journey on the 3rd :)
I will definitely be sticking with blip into the future though - this is not me losing interest!!
I will manage to write something for today though... Although the weather was very wet and rainy, all but two of us headed out for a short walk around the south of Bute. It's a beautiful area, with lots of beaches and hills and greenery. Even better - it really felt like I was back in Scotland (which I have been missing!!!)
Now we have just finished dinner and are playing games and having fun. We're staying in the hostel all night as we couldn't find anywhere fun to spend the night. It should still be great fun though, as long as I can stay awake until then!!
Again, I promise to start blipping again soon! I hope everyone has a great night :)
