Anyone who goes to the gym wearing a pair of shorts over the top of a pair of jogging bottoms. These are alternative items of clothing either of which is perfectly acceptable on their own but should NEVER be worn in combination.

Heard from Luke today that Megan is on the mend which is good news, also that his blood tests were all in the normal range. Looks to me like one is just outside of normal but only just and much better than it was last year. No satisfactory explanation for the slightly irregular heartbeat and I want him to get a proper explanation about that and not to settle for a message in mandarin roughly translated into English by a friend upon which he assumes no further action is required. These tests are only doe as part of the visa process. he needs a doctor who is interested in his health to comment.
