Last day of the year - not sorry to see its end. A properly wintery day, as the main photo shows. Freezing!

I went to take Julie from the hospital for the weekend and we took the train to Paris where we met with our friend Audrey. She lives in Dublin and hadn't come back to France in more than two years! A rather jolly evening - just the three of us and a good meal.

Technically it was already 2017 when I took the extra photo but as we hadn't slept, it was kind of still yesterday! ;-)
