Time to celebrate.....

the start of another year! Here's Mum waiting for Colin to open the champagne bottle to begin our Ne'er Day lunch. We had picked her up from the home at midday to eat with us and two of my cousins. We had hoped one of her old friends would have joined us but he wasn't feeling up to it, so we were five not six. Still we toasted the year, and ourselves, sang Auld Lang Syne and ate a fine meal before taking her back for a rest. A good start to the year.
