Lewis Road Chocolate Butter

God I love New Zealand. They have such great dairy options, like Lewis Road which collaborated with Whittakers to make this chocolate butter. It is pretty sensational on a Pierre Herme recipe croissant. Lewis Road also makes butter which is peppered (if you'll excuse the mixed metaphor) with sea salt flakes. That's one classy way to get heart disease.
