Hull City of Culture

We went to watch the fireworks to mark the start of Hull's City of Culture Year and we went to the south bank of the Humber.
It was high tide, a clear crescent moon, great stars and a very very low temperature. And crowds of people had the same idea as us!! Impossible to take photographs really both with the cold and with so many people but I quite liked this shot complete with camera blur because  I couldn't keep  my hands still with the cold!!
