New Years Eve

After spending a glorious day doing nothing but lie on the sofa in my pyjamas watching Gilmore Girls, I finally got dressed and walked over to Emma's for dinner and drinks, before we headed to Emily's house party in West Ken. It was really good fun and, to be expected from an Emily house party, the champagne was FLOWING. We drank and chatted and danced and I collapsed back at home around 5, thank goodness I have 2 more lazy sofa days coming up.

I hope 2017 is better for the world than 2016 has been, but I think one of the first events will be Donald Trump officially becoming President in January, so maybe let's not get ahead of ourselves.
