Happy New Year

A morning of doing very little. I had planned on going for a run but the cold is still lingering so I thought it'd be best not to go. Ben went.
We'd been invited to Charise and Alan's for New Year's dinner at 3pm and I had promised to take dessert. When I went to Sainsbury's to look for something, there was nothing there so we ended up buying ice cream from the corner shop.
We had a lovely dinner and were there until around 10pm. The kids had left earlier.
