Promises and walks

Promises for the new year... yes why not if they are possible and not too heavy on the shoulders.
To say n e e d instead of m u s t can be a way. So I do need to exercise more and this goes together with the renewal of Blip membership. Working from home several days a week is a favour and makes me lazy.
2017: a walk of min 30 minutes min five days a week. This is a modest promise to myself and so much more pleasant to make them Blip walks.
