New Year celebrations somewhere in the UK

Our somewhere was Penarth looking towards Somerset and this was our display linking us with thousands of similar displays across the land.
Its' just a reminder of a great stay at the restaurant with rooms on Penarth Esplanade we stayed at with friends......and will again probably.
