blast

After a long dog walk atop the cliffs with the sunrise today.  Spied this blast of light between barns on my trip back.  Again some messing with Orton stuff going on here.  

Resolutions this year include:

Volunteer at and support a charity (I have one in mind)
Get back on that physical training bandwagon - 3 month goal coming soon
Continue to explore balance and spirituality... lets see if we can find some this year ...
