Clean Up Day.......

   Today is the 2nd day of the new year.  I chose to organize my home and put all of the decorations away, to take my tree down, and to wrap all of my tree treasures in tissue paper, carefully packing them in a box for next year. It was a very bitter/sweet experience.  I got so excited and involved with the holiday season that after it is over and done, I feel very melancholy.
   But I won't despair for I have wonderful memories of the fun I had and will look forward to next year, one day at a time.  But I won't hurry the days away, as there is a lot of living to do during the next 365 days and many great memories to create!
