Seemed to have sorted this laptop, despite it being a mass of bits about the place for a while. No bits leftover afterwards, and all went back in the right places... I think. Just need the user to login with their password to check that everything has been connected up, and is working - microphone; camera; speakers; wifi; etc.

As a wind-up, sent just the top image to the owner, along with a message to say I'd forgotten how it goes back together, and asking if they knew. No reply yet...
