Song Thrush

Such a lovely surprise new bird, a Song Thrush in Muscat! Red status sadly in the UK, but obviously liking the weather here in sunny Oman. In my bird book Song Thrushes have been seen in Salalah in the past(the other end of Oman, the lush green part, near Yemen) so it really was a fantastic sight.
