Back Again

After many weeks, I have returned to Duquesa by bike. The ride was difficult and treacherous after the December floods. In fact, detours had to be made and a small river now flows through what was once a car park.

Unfortunately, the coastal path will never be the same again. So much sand has been washed away and now a rocky and very uneven surface vibrates the unfortunate rider so his teeth rattle.

Maybe it will prompt the council into finishing the path properly.
