Tiny buds just peeping through. Looking forward to seeing the flowers soon.
There are quite a few snowdrops as well, and crocus.

After putting up with our old kettle for months, we decided to treat ourselves to a new one!
So a trip to Currys and we how have a very smart new Russell Hobbs , Legacy , cream and black kettle. Boils much quicker than the last one.

Then after lunch I walked down to the village to buy some Thank You cards.
I may be old fashioned, but I still like to write a thank you, rather than send an email. I think it is much more personal.

It has been a dull day, with a bitterly cold wind. Not the usual sunshine and frost.
Apparently we are in for a month of very cold weather!
