A local kind of day.

Lunch at  the international cuisine buffet place and then cinema downstairs from the aforementioned international cuisine buffet place. All within 15 minutes walk of our house. That's pretty local in my book.

The movie was A Monster Calls - very good indeed, bit of a tough watch with your children but then if your children are going to see it maybe it's best they see it with us rather than their mates. I dunno - life, mortality, all that.
