My FAB meal at F A B'S.

Went with Stacebob to the Birmingham Treatment Centre today as she has been having palpitations for a while now. The good news is it's nothing serious and can be controlled by straining as if your on the toilet (that's exactly the way the doctor described it), medication or as a last resort minor surgery.

Afterwards we went for a coffee and then to Frankie and Benny's where we had the most delicious chocolate pancakes (would have blipped this but it wasn't on the plate long enough!
