Father's Day

The Dizzle is off on his travels next week so we had some time together today. A double dose of Game of Thrones in the morning then in the afternoon we went off to London for a pub crawl. This shot was taken in a pub called The John Snow - not the Game of Thrones character but the 19th Century doctor who tracked down the source of the cholera epidemic in the area by doing a bit of intelligent public health work. We then went to The Lamb behind Great Ormond Street Hospital where we had something to eat and got chatting to a bunch of Canadians.

Then ended up in a rooftop bar on the borders of Holborn and Covent Garden where we drank gin and whisky and ate apple crumble. As you do. 

Knackered now. It was lovely to spend time together and I feel mellow and ready for bed.
