Sweet Angel

It is a good excuse to keep the decorations up until January 5th.... It lets me enjoy them a little longer.

This sweet little angel comes from Denmark.  I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her.  I don't exactly understand why.  I'm sure she is mass produced; her downcast eyes, demur mouth and folded hands are almost a little too sweet.  But... her hair is green!  and that curl!  and something about those pig-tails,  I guess she is just out of the ordinary enough for me to love her. 

Went back to work today and got more done than I did in all of December.  (not really - that is hyperbole.)  But it was a good day after all.  And they are calling for a little snow Thursday night so maybe it will be an even shorter week!
