Tiny Tuesday

I bought the tiny paper white bulbs at a discount store that sells closeouts of EVERYTHING!  Four bulbs and two flower heads.  Well, at least we're not overwhelmed by the scent!  They are really tiny, each flower about 0.5 inch 
(1.27 cm).  

Last night a very dear friend who lives in California called me with some very disheartening news.  On Christmas Eve day she found out that her husband of about 46 years has several inoperative brain tumors.  After all the tests have been taken and biopsies done, they will meet with the oncologist tomorrow.  They have no children and have lived a good life, a life like many of us with more ups than downs and always lots of respect. 
She will need a lot of support as her biggest fan is now so vulnerable.  Feeling very sad for her and him.
