The escape artist

Oli having become rather good at escaping his crib, it was sadly time for the toddler bed. I had help assembling it and making his room a bit more baby proofed (you know, so he doesn't decide to climb the bookcase, for instance). Oli spent the day being rather excited and going back and forth between his new bed and his activities.

Falling asleep, however, was a bit of a struggle. It took more than an hour of him constantly leaving his bed, going under it, besides it, before he could calm down enough to fall asleep.

Now to see how long before I hear little feet walking towards my room...

Ps: baby found the day quite exciting too. Lots of jumping around and kicks...!
