New shoes

More pruning this morning - another 4 apple trees. I'll finish the espaliers off tomorrow, weather permitting.

Claire got some smart, pink shoes in the post. Massively reduced in the sale and they fit, too. Nice.

I turned several different dishes (including leftover baked beans) into a spicy burrito dinner. I'll have to go shopping tomorrow, for the cupboard is getting bare - though the tunnel is chock full of tatties.

Over the hill, Bill's fire is blazing, keeping the chapel almost warm. Not quite warm enough for the bottle of Rioja that he has opened, but it's still lovely.
