nose job?

Usually my eyes are drawn to a buck's antlers - and yes, these antlers are lovely in their velvety state - but take a look at this guy's nose! Such precise and symmetrical dimples make it look like it was stapled on.
Clearly the young buckeroo is not the least bit self conscious about his nose, or even concerned that I have a big dog on the end of a leash.
Inner peace is such a beautiful thing!
