Up at a reasonable time and an easy drive to meet D in Scarborough. Lots of rain though - worrying. It had pretty much stopped by the time arrived. We had a long walk along the beach, decided north bay was probably best for a holiday house and pottered around the shopsa bit before fish and chips . Thenontowhitby for an evening in front of the TV at the B andB with bad wine andnibbles. Think Scarborough maybe a better choice than Whitby for a holiday house
