New Year's Eve. I had a wander round Mahon to soak up some atmosphere. As this appeared to consist of a multitude of street bars blasting out pop music and packed with very drunk locals (in the afternoon!) I went in search of something a bit more uplifting on this last day of not a great year for the World. Hence a little walk round the church of St. Francis where I lit a candle.
