Eagle On Power Pole

I finally got a chance to head over to see our resident bald eagles at Bethany Lake today...they have returned and are in the process of building a new nest in the wetlands over off of West Union Road, very near the nest that fell down last year!  It looks like they have chosen a "live tree" this year, that is much healthier than last years choice...and are getting an early start on nest building!  All bodes well :)
