Bronze Age Sunset

One from a week ago as unless you count computer screens and meeting rooms amongst the world aesthetic pleasures, I have been hiding from the photographic world...

The view from the Bronze Age burial site and Napoleonic guard site atop Beamsley Beacon is one of my favourites locally. The sun was pretty low by the time I had dragged the kids around the ridge and down to the top, and the silhouettes popped - the human shapes on the left are my wife showing the red kites to my 8 year old.
