Follow your Heart ... but take your brain with you

Another relatively good day at work, but found it soooo hard work getting up this morning!

Back to exercising tonight and returned to a "Dancersize" class I had joined at the end of last year. Was a bit hard going as I hadn't been for a couple of weeks :-/

Oh btw ... when do the Christmas decorations need to come down? Is it tomorrow or Friday?
