leaking light

went for a cycle this morning and forgot to take a camera, otherwise there might have been a pic of a heron.
However, when I was home I noticed the rays and grabbed a camera before they disappeared.
Being a bit mad I also went for a run this evening.
This year have done 6 miles brisk walking, 8 miles on the bike and 10 miles running - I don't think I'll keep that rate up all year!
